Dawn Bajalieh is a former business owner with extensive management experience. She specializes in customer relations and problem solving. She has completed numerous business development programs, such as Peak Performance and the Real Estate Institute, and received a variety of volunteer achievement awards.
During her real estate career, Dawn has kept a finger on the pulse of the community with expert knowledge of new developments, new home construction, and rental market trends.

One of Dawn’s biggest joys in real estate is helping a client buy their first home. Understanding that the purchase of one’s first home is a very important decision, she brings patience, information, and expert advice to each transaction.
Dawn also has extensive experience in corporate and transfer leasing, as well as apartment locating and state-to-state referrals.

As an investment property owner herself, Dawn Bajalieh firmly believes that real estate is an excellent investment vehicle. She welcomes the opportunity to help investors, both new and experienced, locate the property that will best fit their investment goals.
Community Involvement
As a Harris County resident for over 20 years, Dawn and her husband, Eddie, have raised their two sons in Kingwood and are firmly committed to the community. Dawn volunteers for numerous community organizations.
Dawn loves working with children and actively supports community programs for children. She currently coaches soccer for three and four-year olds and has coached T-Ball and basketball in the past at the YMCA.
She also started and secured funding for the stand-out Science Club at Woodland Hills Elementary. She is a sponsor for a local 4-H club as well as the Kingwood Mothers of Young Children.
In 2004, Ms. Bajalieh founded the community charity event and nonprofit organization, Picnic on the Park. Picnic on the Park is a yearly Easter event, the proceeds from which are donated to a local charity.
